There is good aspects as they are legit issues for kids to transfer. But like everything with the NCAA, they go way too far and create nonsense. It is what it is, no going back now.

I get that it can be frustrating to see from our viewpoint, but a small fraction of these kids go on to play in the nfl. I can’t blame someone if they want to leave a program because they think they can earn better nil money elsewhere, they only have so much time to maximize their earnings

SUCH a huge disappointment this year and probably the number one reason the Rodents failed so often. The kid has decent talent but something went really pear shaped for some reason an now PJ is left without a QB with experience. Good luck young Athan!

From a football sense, this is probably good.
From a "culture" sense, this is a horrible, horrible look for the coach.

This. Other than hockey I really haven't been a big college sports fan but it didn't take a rocket scientist to realize that paying the athletes as they are doing was going to cause problems...BIG problems.

Yep, and it should be. Again, I'm not QB guru and I don't know how AK looks had he went to a quality QB developing coaching staff. My guess is he would have been at least a decent to solid P5 QB. But I do know this, it's an epic fail that this staff had a big armed kid with some talent and with good feet and couldn't clean up anything or help him improve in anyway. It's 90% on them he is the dumpster fire be is imo. I feel bad for him and wish him the best.

I'd guess they see him as a body for practice. But they aren't exactly the gold standard for QB evaluation.

For real? Seems odd then that they had about 15 RB injuries and he couldn't sniff the field.
